In my current role as Marketing and Customer Experience Specialist at Avflight, I write content for proposals, presentations, and publications. I redesign and update the main website and internal websites; monitor customer experience across 200 listings on multiple platforms, tracking upwards of 900 reviews per year; and follow up on cases as needed. I develop content for social media, print ads, email campaigns, and motion graphics, and I manage employee recognition programs and customer experience tracking systems. I also coordinate with Avfuel on AVTRIP rewards program promotions and point requests.
